The New York State Election Law Book provides accurate and authoritative information concerning the laws and rules for New York State elections. Refer to Article 14 Titles I and II for the specific laws and rules that govern the Public Campaign Finance Program.
The Public Campaign Finance Board (PCFB) promulgated regulations designed to implement the Public Campaign Finance Program. The regulations were published in three sets: Program Regulations, Debate Regulations and Enforcement Regulations. The PCFB received more than 200 unique public comments during the various comment periods, and, after thorough review of the draft regulations and comments, issued two reports addressing the issues raised.
